Artera’s product is meant to connect the dots between patients and providers. Conceptually, we wanted to make sure graphics throughout the site represented that connectivity.

The color palette overall is very different from what you would see amongst most healthcare companies. The warm, bright colors bring a positive and inviting energy.

Artera’s product serves four distinctly different audiences. Benefiting healthcare systems, physicians, FQHC’s, and patients alike required us to hone in on very specific value propositions per audience.

It was also extremely important that we used simple and direct language throughout the site, and leaned away from copious amounts of industry jargon. This ensured that all audiences could benefit from the website.

Homepage

Communicating to a wide audience, the website needed to use simple and benefit-focused language to explain the product.

As you scroll down the homepage you’ll see a pattern of benefits-driven language immediately followed by a proof point.

The combination of data, first-hand testimonials, and real-world case studies helps build both trust and credibility for Artera in the very first moments a prospect visits the website.

Mobile Experience

While Artera’s website traffic still skews towards desktop users, we wanted to ensure the mobile experience was as effective.

Graphics are repositioned to ensure the connectivity between elements still makes sense, and content is consolidated into accordions or sliders to limit the amount of vertical scrolling prospects need to do.

Navigation

The benefits - driven focus extends to the core navigation of the site. Using language like “Who We Help” and “How We Help” keeps the focus on Artera’s mission to improve the healthcare system.

Drop down menus are balanced with visuals that also help further these points.

Focused On Value

Throughout the website the language we use is focused on the benefits the product provides. This is displayed in a variety of ways, from headlines to short paragraphs, visual graphics, and testimonials—making it impossible to overlook why someone should be making the switch.
